7 Months of Catch-Up ... Starting Now!

Finally catching up on this blog since last November!!!
Lots of posts, pictures & fun times :)

Starting with ....

Fourth of July Weekend was a great time spent with Tom!
I love having long weekends with him.
We went fishing with the Tori & Matt.  It was so much fun!
We really enjoy spending time with them -
especially on a whim when we are both bored with nothing to do!

Make A Wish sent me, my Mom and Maddie to the American Idol concert :)
It was really good.  I don't really follow American Idol, but they can definitely sing.
Oh, and Maddie blushed a little when Scotty McCreary came out on stage!

THEN ... tried making homemade rolls ... not to shabby!

Enjoy!

Showered with Kindness & Baby Girl Stuff!

Can I just say that there are so many kind and generous people in this world!
Sometimes, I think that the world gives us this misperception that we live around people who don't care about us and we are all just selfish ... I'm here to say that is not always true!
There have been so many people that have helped get me and Tom get ready for Olivia's arrival.
We are so incredibly blessed to have them in our lives.

Olivia's First Baby Shower

My friends and college roommates from Utah State, Tori and Natalie, held a baby shower for me at the first of June.  It was so cute.  They used the Olivia the Pig theme.  We had personal pizzas, played a memorization game, and guessed how big my belly was with yarn :)
It was so fun to see all my friends from college, colleagues from work, and just catch up on everyone's life :)

A little pic of us USU Girls :)

Thanks to Tori & Natalie for all their hard work and kindness!

Olivia's Family & Friend Shower

My mom, Jackie & Amber planned an absolutely amazing and cute baby shower for Olivia.
It was great, the food was awesome, and
I walked away with more gifts than I can ever be grateful enough for.
Thanks to all who came & celebrated with us!
And an even bigger thank you to my mom, Jackie & Amber
who spent lots of time, money and energy on making it perfect for us!
